📋 Booking & Cancellation Policy

Coronado Wellness Center – Cupertino & San Jose

At Coronado Wellness Center, we strive to provide a calm, respectful, and healing environment. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask you to review our booking and cancellation policy below.

• Online booking is recommended to reserve your preferred date and time.
   
• Same-day bookings may be available, but we recommend scheduling at least 24–48 hours in advance.
   
• A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments, even if you plan to pay in person.
   

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
   
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a $50 late cancellation fee or 50% of the service cost, whichever is greater.
   
• No-shows will be charged the full cost of the service.
   

This policy ensures we can accommodate clients on the waitlist and make the best use of our time.

We offer a one-time courtesy waiver of the late cancellation fee for first-time clients — because we believe in second chances.

• Payment is due at the time of service.
   
• Packages and memberships are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person upon request.
   

• Appointment reminders will be sent 24–48 hours prior via email or text.
   
• If you need to make changes, please reply promptly or use the link provided in your confirmation.
